① Designing advanced VIC biological core electricity technology independently, linking to existing biological closed circuit of human body, storing weak biological current inside human body, replacing energy;
② Independently developing advanced, scientific and reasonable design on terminal lead effect tooth assembly, radiating by the power of effect tooth terminal, effectively starting VIC circuit, activating biological closed circuit of human body itself to regulate the potential of cell suffering from illness or damage, so to realize pressure-lowering effect;
③ Designing negative half-cycle circuit independently, researching sensitive resistor made of high-performance metallic membrane, effectively reducing loss of negative charge, regulating balance between positive and negative ion and biological potential balance bidirectionally, when blood pressure is regulated to normal physiological value, the instrument will terminate operation automatically.
Workmanship innovation
The product in the project applies fully waterproof and shockproof new material and new workmanship. The new materials used for terminal lead effect tooth belong to new breakthrough in hylology, its silver galvanization, nickel galvanization and chromium galvanization apply new workmanship, such comprehensive effects as high conductivity, excellent brightness, corrosion-proofing, rustproofing and not stripping are generated, the product has won international recognition.
For the product in the project, in the process of backflow welding workmanship, the speed of welding temperature was innovatively restructured, the original three positions including temperate, medium and high were changed to high, low, temperate, medium and high, welding speed is quickened, so to increase production efficiency.
Structure innovation
Since 1987, by eight times of improvement and three times of renewal & generation replacement, the company finally successfully researched the new generation of Jiajun Pressure-lowering Instrument with the following merits: not needing medicine, magnetism, any external energy source; not bringing any wound to human body, not disturbing any function of human body, not increasing any burden for human body. Since the appearance of the new generation of product, until now, four generations of products have been manufactured.
Jiajun Pressure-lowering Instrument is a kind of green instrument researched by Mr. Gao Jiajun(the first person in the field of treating high blood pressure by utilizing bioelectricity) on basis of the theory of biological medicine and engineering science for the therapy of high blood pressure and headache, dehairing and alopecia arisen from high blood pressure.
The product won international gold prize for eight times in China, USA, France, Geneva and Singapore.
In 1995, the State Cerebrovascular Disease Precaution & Therapy Research Office took the product as one effective means for the precaution and therapy of high blood pressure and recommended it throughout China. In 1997, the product was recommended as “Credible Product of Consumer” by China Protection Consumer Foundation.
In 2005, the product was recommended by China Protection Consumer Foundation as “Credible Product of Consumer”.
It was verified by the province-level hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, Liaoning, Changchun, Hebei and Guangzhou as follows:
The total efficiency of the product for stage I high blood pressure is 98%;
The total efficiency of the product for stage II high blood pressure is 93.5%;
The total efficiency of the product for stage III high blood pressure is 90%;
The total efficiency of the product for headache arisen from high blood pressure is 97%.
At present, Jiajun Pressure-lowering Instrument has passed the clinical verification of such countries as Russia, it has been widely sold in such countries as Russia and has achieved excellent evaluation of users.
In the research on bioelectric theory and deep technical accumulation for approximate 20 years, Gao Jiajun found the pathogenesis of high blood pressure, created the pressure-lowering technological principle with bioelectric negative half-cycle therapy theory as core, invented electricity-free, magnetism-free, medicine-free, wound-free and painless bioelectric therapy apparatus and green non-medicine therapy method.
In Nov 2003, in the symposium held in Russian National Academy of Science, the theory and product were challenged. The experts including the Deputy Minister of Russian Federal Ministry of Public Health A?B?Kartlinsky didn’t accept negative half-cycle theory, they also didn’t believe that product manufactured on basis of negative half-cycle theory may be used to lower blood pressure, they considered “it is impossible” and “Chinese is hard to manufacture such instrument”. Gao Jiajun and the sponsor of the symposium temporarily invited 20 patients suffering from high blood pressure for site test, within 3~5 minutes, their blood pressure were lowered; later, Russian National Bioelectric Lab detected the negative half-cycle, the theory was verified scientifically and accepted. After the product experienced the observation for 100 clinical cases and the overall detection for relevant waveform, product performance and technical indices, on behalf of Russian Federal Ministry of Public Health, the deputy minister issued “Registration Certificate issued by Russian Federal Ministry of Public Health on Medical Apparatus(Russian Federal Ministry of Public Health 2003/1670)”; “By inspection, the product is allowed to register and apply in actual medical service within the boundary of Russian Federation territory, the validity period is ten years as of the approval date”; the product achieved honor for China.
Lowering blood pressure within three minutes.
Patients suffering from stage I and stage II high blood pressure may keep normal blood pressure by using the product without the help of medicine. For a patient suffering from stage III high blood pressure, when he/she uses the product, medicine may be reduced by a half, when blood pressure has reached normal level, medicine may become unnecessary.
The product may apparently relieve dehairing and control alopecia.
Continually using the product as per the method in the operation manual, within several days, seborrheic dehairing and alopecia may be apparently controlled.
1. Head Combing Method
There are 21 therapy guide tines on pressure-lowering instrument. When making the instrument contact human body, you needn’t to seek for therapy points specially, so long as your comb according to operational methods, you may make the instrument cross many therapy points, the effect is better.
Operational method:
(When you use the product, you shall assure your hand that grasps pressure-lowering instrument is clean, you had better use the instrument after having washed hands).
Grasping metallic ring of the instrument by one hand, the therapy tines closely contact the skin on head, as we comb out hair usually, we comb at even speed come-and-go, the frequency is about 20-30 times per minute, 2-3 times in every day and 3-5 minutes for every time.
By applying the method constantly, at least 3 times in a day, pressure-lowering effect may be achieved. After use, blood pressure may be lowered by 10-30mmHg.
Attention: The combing speed shall not be too fast, therapy tine shall be made to contact scalp closely, the speed shall be slow, don’t talk, watch TV and walk in therapy process.
2. Both Hand Grasping Pressure-lowering Method
Operational method:
Stretching five fingers of one hand to grasp metallic ring of pressure-lowering instrument, making the five fingers of the other hand to stretch naturally, making fingertip and finger middle to contact the top of three groups of therapy tines respectively, after closely contacting, keeping stillness for 3-5 minutes, at least 3 times in a day.
The method may make the electric drive generated by VIC circuit to regulate the ill and damaged potential of cells at muscle wall of artery quickly, so to relieve convulsion of artery, dilate blood vessel and lower blood pressure.
3. Heart Position Contact Pressure-lowering Method
Operational method:
Making one hand grasp metallic ring of pressure-lowering instrument, lay three groups of therapy tines closely on the skin at heart position, at least 3 times in every day and 3-5 minutes in each time.
The method is mainly applicable for the patients suffering from not only high blood pressure, but also angina, chest depression and coronary heart disease. When the instrument is statically laid at heart position, a closed circuit will be formed at heart position, so to relieve the convulsion of coronary artery, mitigate heart load, effectively relieve the above symptoms. Continual use of the instrument will achieve excellent therapy effect.
4. Wrist Pressing Pressure-lowering Method
Operational method:
Making one hand grasp metallic ring of pressure-lowering instrument, lay three groups of therapy tines closely at the Nei Guan Point of wrist for 3-5 minutes.(Position of Nei Guan Point: on the side of palm and in the front arm, 2 inches on the lateral vein of wrist, between two tendons).
The method is mainly applicable for the patients suffering from combined diseases of high blood pressure, angina and tachycardia, the effect is marked, continual use will be better.
1. Product may be replaced free of charge within one year since the procurement date(for performance of product), the guarantee period for repair is three years, however, such case that product failure is caused by a user due to breaching operation manual on product is excluded.
2. During the Quality Guarantee Period, except possible transit and move expense, maintenance expense will not be charged. After the Quality Guarantee Period expires, we will still provide maintenance service, however, we will charge proper manpower and component & fitting cost.
3. Free-of-charge maintenance during the Quality Guarantee Period will not be applicable for the following cases:
3.1 Product shows physical damage or that a customer has repaired the product privately;
3.2 Damage caused by improper use;
3.3 Lacking Quality Guarantee Card document and erroneous or misguiding information are contained in document;
3.4 No such important information as procurement site and procurement date in quality guarantee document.

1. The product experiences strict factory quality inspection and it passed ISO9001 international certification.
2. In storing, the product shall be prevented from being insolated, roasted, soaked into water, especially, drop and intense collision shall be avoided.
