Replacement guarantee clauses
1. Product may be replaced free of charge within three years since the procurement date(for performance of product), however, such case that product failure is caused by a user due to breaching operation manual on product is excluded.
2. Free-of-charge replacement during the Replacement Guarantee Period will not be applicable for the following cases:
2.1 Product shows physical damage or that a customer has repaired the product privately;
2.2 Damage caused by improper use;
2.3 Lacking Replacement Guarantee Card document and erroneous or misguiding information are contained in document;
2.4 No such important information as procurement site and procurement date in replacement guarantee document.
